We match each request with ONE independent, licensed and insured roofer near the homeowner. Your request is never sold to multiple companies. We are not a roofing contractor: our job is to make an introduction, while you decide whether to hire the roofer.
From Shore communities in Monmouth, Ocean and Atlantic counties to the postwar neighborhoods of South Jersey and the older streets of Central Jersey, homeowners can use the same form to explain a roof concern. Your project ZIP helps route the request to a nearby roofer.
Local availability and the roofer's schedule determine the next steps; statewide coverage does not guarantee immediate service at every address. A referral is the start of a conversation, not a booked appointment.

We make a single match rather than circulate your information among competing companies. You can discuss a leak, an aging roof or a future replacement without committing to construction.
You are also welcome to research other contractors and obtain additional opinions independently. Nothing about the referral limits your ability to compare proposals or walk away.

NJ Roof Pros does not install roofs, employ roofing crews, supervise job sites or issue workmanship warranties. We do not set contractors' prices, and we do not promise response times.
The independent roofer evaluates your property, explains its findings and provides any estimate or contract. Questions about scope, schedule and workmanship belong with that business.

Prepare for a useful conversation
Share accurate contact details, the project ZIP and what you have noticed from a safe location. Roof age and previous repairs can help if you know them; guessing is unnecessary. Do not climb onto the roof to complete a request.
